All of the outstanding common stock of Pavilion Bancorp, Inc. was converted into the right to receive $37.50 in cash and 1.4209 common shares of First Defiance Financial Corp. pursuant to the merger of Pavilion Bancorp, Inc. with First Defiance Financial Corp., which merger became effective as of March 14, 2008.
