Effective November 7, 2007, Bryan Wilson has resigned as the President and Treasurer of Canyon Copper Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. Wilson will continue to act as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. There was no disagreement between Mr. Wilson and the Company regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
Replacing Mr. Wilson as President is Benjamin Ainsworth. Mr. Ainsworth has been the Secretary and a Director of the Company since May 30, 2006. Mr. Ainsworth is a senior geologist and mining consultant who has been involved in the mining industry for over thirty-five years.
Replacing Mr. Wilson as Treasurer is Kurt Bordian. Mr. Bordian has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since January 6, 2006.
