On December 15, 2006, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its sales estimates for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006 and projected revenue for fiscal 2007. The Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
