On August 11, 2015, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 3, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on August 24, 2015.
