On September 29, 2020, Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc., issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted Fast Track designation for eganelisib in combination with a checkpoint inhibitor and chemotherapy for the treatment of inoperable locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.
