Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person acquired 1,434,039 shares of the Issuer's common stock pursuant to the terms and conditions of certain private stock purchase agreements between Bondock LLC and certain unrelated persons effective September 30, 2022.

2. Bondock LLC is a Nevada limited liability company wholly owned by Mr. Brian Lovig (as reported to the Commission on Form 8-K dated May 18, 2022).
