Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 6, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing preliminary revenue results for its fourth quarter and full year of fiscal year 2005. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Company’s press release dated January 6, 2006, announcing the Company’s preliminary revenue results.
