Keryx Biopharmaceuticals Notified that Nasdaq Has Extended Minimum Bid Price Rule Compliance Period
NEW YORK, October 23/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: KERX) announced today that it has received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq") stating that Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4), which requires companies to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share, has been temporarily suspended. Based on this action, Nasdaq informed the Company that it now has until January 23, 2009, to achieve compliance with Rule 4310(c)(4).
