On April 20, 2022, Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Trust 2022-A (the “Trust”) will issue $93,000,000 of 1.157% Class A-1 Motorcycle Contract Backed Notes (the “Class A-1 Notes”), $142,342,000 of 2.45% Class A-2a Motorcycle Contract Backed Notes (the “Class A-2a Notes”), $63,158,000 of Floating Rate Class A-2b Motorcycle Contract Backed Notes (the “Class A-2b Notes” and, together with the Class A-2a Notes, the “Class A-2 Notes”), $205,500,000 of 3.06% Class A-3 Motorcycle Contract Backed Notes (the “Class A-3 Notes”), and $74,950,000 of 3.26% Class A-4 Motorcycle Contract Backed Notes (the “Class A-4 Notes”). $88,350,000 of the Class A-1 Notes, $135,224,000 of the Class A-2a Notes, $60,000,000 of the Class A-2b Notes, $195,224,000 of the Class A-3 Notes, and $71,202,000 of the Class A-4 Notes were offered and will be sold pursuant to the Prospectus dated April 12, 2022 (the “Prospectus”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5) and relating to registration statement number 333-262475.
