Explanation of Responses:

1. Swapped 2,600 aged shares at $10.80 for 2,868 Option shares at $3.52 and 4,265 Option Shares at $4.22 to gain a total of 4,533 shares.

2. As originally reported, on February 15, 2022, the reporting person swapped 2,600 aged shares at $10.80 for 2,868 Option shares at $3.52 and 4,265 Option Shares at $4.22 to gain a total of 4,533 shares. The original Form 4 mistakenly reported that the reporting person owned 52,698 shares. This amendment corrects Column 5 of Table I to reflect that the Securities Beneficially Owned Following the Reported Transactions was 55,298 shares. This amendment also amends Column 5 of Table I of the reporting person's Form 4 filed February 23, 2022.
