On February 6, 2020, Eric Brodersen, President and Chief Operating Officer of Impinj, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he is resigning as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, effective March 6, 2020.
A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the resignation of Mr. Brodersen has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
