On July 30, 2007, Radview Software Ltd. reported that it had entered into a non-binding term sheet with a global provider of software solutions, for the purchase of a certain product line.
Following an extended period of negotiations, Radview established that the acquisition will not be able to be consummated within the framework contemplated by the term sheet.
The parties are involved in intermittent non-binding discussions, in order to explore the possibility of an alternative transaction, however there can be no assurance that an agreement will be reached.
