On September 21, 2009, David C. Maland tendered his resignation as an officer and director of our subsidiary, Fuel Frontiers, Inc. Mr. Maland did not provide any details surrounding the reason for his resignation. The company is in the process of considering other candidates to replace Mr. Maland as officers and directors in Fuel Frontiers, Inc.
