Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On May 13, 2008, OraSure Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the meeting, the Company’s stockholders approved amendments to the Company’s 2000 Stock Award Plan (the “Plan”). Pursuant to the Plan, the Company’s employees and non-employee members of the Company’s Board of Directors are eligible to receive grants of stock options and other equity awards. A copy of the Plan as amended is attached to this Report as Exhibit 10 and is incorporated by reference herein.
