EMBRAER FILES ITS 2007 ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM-20F
São José dos Campos, June 3, 2008 - Embraer- Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica S.A. (NYSE: ERJ; Bovespa: EMBR3) announced that it has filed, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), on May 19, 2008, its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007.
