On October 28, 2008, and as previously announced, MathStar, Inc. held a conference call at 1:30 p.m., Pacific time, to report on the Company’s third quarter results and to provide an update on its strategic alternatives. A copy of the script for the third quarter 2008 conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
