Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year
(a).
| (1) | Effective March 2, 2007, the Registrant amended its articles of incorporation. |
| (2) | The amendments consist of (a) a change in the name of the Registrant from Carsunlimited, com, Inc. to Versadial, Inc, (b) a reduction in the number of authorized shares of common stock from one billion three hundred million to thirty five million, (c) a reduction in the par value per share of common stock from $.001 to $.0001, and (d) a reduction in the number of authorized shares of preferred stock from one hundred million to two million. |
| (3) | As part of these amendments, the Registrant also effected a one for forty five reduction in the number of its outstanding shares, which reduction had the effect of a reverse stock split. |
