Company”) held its 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “
Meeting”). The Company filed the notice of the Meeting, the proxy statement and the proxy card with the Securities and Exchange Commission as
Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Report on Form 6-K on July 29, 2021 (File No. 000-30902), which is incorporated herein by reference. Proposals 1 through 3 brought before the shareholders at the Meeting were approved by the shareholders.
