Change of registered office of Telecom Italia Media S.p.A.
Following the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Telecom Italia Media S.p.A. on 6 November 2006, as of 1 December 2006, Telecom Italia Media S.p.A. has moved its registered office from Via Cristoforo Colombo, 142 – 00147 Rome – to Via della Pineta Sacchetti, 229 – 00168 Rome.
