Item 7.01 Regulation FD
On April 29, 2010, Ixia (the “Company”) held a conference call for analysts and investors to discuss its financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2010 and the Company’s business outlook for the second quarter ending June 30, 2010. Following the call, the Company issued a press release providing information regarding access to a transcript of the Company’s prepared comments for the conference call and to an audio replay of the conference call.
A copy of the prepared comments for the conference call is attached and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the press release regarding access to the transcript and to the audio replay is attached and furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
