On June 7, 2012, Ixia, a California corporation, filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”) reporting the completion of its acquisition of Anue Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Anue”). This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends and supplements the Form 8-K to provide the required financial statements and pro forma financial information that were not filed with the Form 8-K and that are permitted to be filed by this amendment.
