Item 8.01. Other Events
On September 10, 2012, Broadwind Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) indicating that the Company regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued inclusion of its common stock on The NASDAQ Capital Market under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
On September 13, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing its receipt of notice from NASDAQ regarding compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. The press release is incorporated herein by reference and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
