Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 3, 2019, Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the NYSE American LLC (the “Exchange”) stating that the Company is in compliance with the Exchange’s continued listing standards set forth in Part 10 of the Exchange’s Company Guide. The Exchange specifically noted that the Company has resolved cured the Company’s previously announced low selling price deficiency and that the “.bc” designation, signifying below-compliance with its listing standards will be removed from the Company’s trading symbol at the opening of trading on June 4, 2019, and the Company will be removed from the list of NYSE American noncompliant issuers on the NYSE’s website.
