Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 22, 2007, Oil States International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved further expansion of its accommodations operations in the oil sands region of northern Alberta, Canada. The Board authorized the Company’s Canadian subsidiary, PTI Group Inc. (“PTI”), to spend an additional US$13.9 million later this year to expand the Company’s PTI Wapasu Creek Lodge. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
