The MAC Shareholders Approve Acquisition by Oil States
HOUSTON, December 13, 2010 (GlobalNewswire via COMTEX) -- Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) announced today that the shareholders of The MAC Services Group Limited (ASX: MSL) (The MAC) have approved the previously announced definitive merger agreement under Scheme of Arrangement in accordance with Australian law. The Scheme remains subject to the approval of the Supreme Court of New South Wales at a court hearing currently scheduled for December 15, 2010.
