Explanation of Responses:

1. 3,508 shares that were acquired by the reporting person pursuant to previously granted restricted stock unit awards vested and were paid to the reporting person. Of these shares, 1,274 shares were withheld to pay a resulting tax liability.

2. Includes (i) 7,921 unvested shares acquired pursuant to previously granted restricted stock unit awards and (ii) 47 shares acquired in December 2022 under the Garmin Ltd. Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

3. Shares were gifted to members of the reporting person's family.
