Item 8.01. Other Events.
| (a) | EENT filed a Form 12b-25 on March 31, 2006 to extend its deadline to file its 2005 Form 10-KSB for 15 days. In the 12b-25, EENT stated that the reason for the extension was the need for time for EENT's former auditor, Marcum & Kliegman, to review the 2004 numbers used in the Form 10-KSB. The Company has not been able to file within the extended deadline as the review is not yet complete. EENT has been able to engage Marcum & Kliegman to complete such review and anticipates filing its Form 10-KSB no later than Friday, April 21, 2006. |
