Item 8.01 - Other Events
Global Earth Energy, Inc. (GLER-OTCQB) and Hawk Manufacturing Corp. (HAWK), a Florida corporation, have mutually agreed to renegotiate the terms of their proposed merger transaction to, among other matters, better clarify and determine the capital structure of the combined corporations post merger. When the transaction has been renegotiated and an amended definitive merger agreement has been executed by the parties, an appropriate current report on Form 8-K will be filed announcing the entry of a definitive agreement.
