1. Shares were beneficially owned by the filers on November 14, 2000, the date the Issuer registered its equity securities under Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Shares have been adjusted to reflect a 1-for-5 reverse stock split that occurred with respect to the Issuer's common stock effective August 20, 2010 and a 2-for-1 stock split that occurred with respect to the Issuer's common stock effective September 17, 2013.

2. Shares are held directly by Foxconn Holding Limited, a subsidiary of Hon Hai Precision Ind. Co., Ltd.
