Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Avient Corporation (the “Company”) is posting to the investor relations section of its website, at https://www.avient.com/investors, an update to its investor presentation materials. The Company will be participating in investor meetings hosted by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and G.research on October 5, 6 and 7, 2020, and the new investor presentation will be used to facilitate discussions between management and investors. The investor presentation materials are expected to be posted simultaneously with the filing of this Form 8-K.
