BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Crystal Rock Holdings, Inc. and Subsidiary (collectively, the “Company”) is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of bottled water and the distribution of coffee, ancillary products, various other refreshment products and office products. The Company operates exclusively as a home and office delivery business, using its own trucks to distribute throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. In addition, it offers its products for sale over the internet and shipping through third The consolidated financial statements of the Company include the accounts of Crystal Rock Holdings, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Crystal Rock LLC.
