On December 28, 2012, T. Paul Bulmahn, the Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of ATP Oil & Gas Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company’s Board of Directors of his decision to step down as the Executive Chairman of the Company effective December 31, 2012. Mr. Bulmahn will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board.
