DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN BOARD COMBOSITION
Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”) hereby furnishes the Commission with copies of the following information relating to changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company. On August 1, 2019, the Company informed the securities exchanges in India on which its securities are listed and the New York Stock Exchange of the retirement of Mr. N. Vaghul and the retirement of Dr. Ashok S. Ganguly from the Company’s Board of Directors, each effective July 31, 2019.
