Registrant has been unable to complete its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, within the prescribed time because of delays in compiling and disseminating the information required to be included in its Form 10-Q Quarterly Report for the period ending September 30, 2011, which could not be completed timely, without incurring undue hardship and expense. The Registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such quarterly report no later than five calendar days after its original due date.
