Item 8.01. Other Events
On September 29, 2004, the Registrant issued a press release relating to a change in the Registrant’s corporate name and stock trading symbol. The press release incorrectly stated that the stock trading symbol changed from “CXTX” to “MXRI.” The correct new trading symbol is “MRXI.” Upon discovery of this error, the press release was corrected.
