The registrant, Halo Technology Holdings, Inc. ("Halo" or the "Company") will participate in the Roth Capital Partners 2006 New York Conference Thursday, September 7, 2006. Ron Bienvenu, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will present at the conference at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
