Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The Company’s annual meeting of shareholders was held virtually on January 28, 2021. A total of 47,158,658 common shares, constituting 91.29% of the shares entitled to vote, were present or represented by proxy at the meeting. At the meeting, the shareholders cast their votes as follows:
Proposal 1 – Election of Directors
The three (3) nominees for director, each to serve for a three (3) year term expiring at the annual meeting in 2024, received the following vote:
