Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 15, 2008, General Maritime Corporation (the “Company”) entered into an ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule (together, the “Keybank Master Agreement”), dated as of January 8, 2008, with Keybank National Association (“Keybank”). The Keybank Master Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Also on February 15, 2008, the Company entered into an ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule (together, the “HSH Master Agreement”), dated as of January 11, 2008, with HSH Nordbank AG (“HSH”). The HSH Master Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
