On May 29, 2008, General Maritime Corporation (the “Company”) entered into an ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule (together, the “DNB Master Agreement”), dated as of May 2, 2008, with DnB NOR Bank ASA (“DNB”). The DNB Master Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
