On July 22, 2010, Central Valley Community Bancorp issued a press release containing unaudited financial information and accompanying discussion for the
three and six months ended June 30, 2010. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
