Item 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On October 15, 2009 we issued a news release highlighting ProAssurance’s inclusion in Business Insurance’s list of the 33 Best Places to Work in Insurance. ProAssurance was named the nation’s top mid-size insurance employer as part of that recognition. We are providing a copy of the release as an exhibit in this Current Report on Form 8K.
