On December 15, 2011, Norman L. Frohreich, President and CEO of FullCircle Registry, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that FullCircle Registry, Inc., has received approval from the Depository Trust Company for FAST Services (Fast Automated Securities Transfer). This is an automated system for deposits and withdrawalsallows FullCircle Registry Inc.’s stock certificates to be wire transferred from our transfer agent into brokerage houses.
