2. Options issued pursuant to the Company's Amended 2017 Stock Option and Stock Bonus Plan on March 26, 2020. Fully vested.

3. Options issued pursuant to the Company's Amended 2017 Stock Option and Stock Bonus Plan on November 18, 2019. 250,000 shares of common stock vest on February 18, 2020; thereafter 250,000 shares vest every three months until fully vested on November 18, 2020.

4. Options issued pursuant to the Company's Amended 2017 Stock Option and Stock Bonus Plan on July 15, 2019. 500,000 shares of common stock vest on October 13, 2019; thereafter 500,000 shares vest every three months until fully vested on July 13, 2020.
