Foster Wheeler Schedules 2005 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
HAMILTON, Bermuda—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Jan. 31, 2005—Foster Wheeler Ltd. (OTCBB: FWHLF) today announced that it expects to hold its 2005 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) at the company’s offices located at Perryville Corporate Park, Clinton, New Jersey. Any shareholder proposals, including any regarding the nomination of persons for election to the board of directors, should be submitted in writing to the attention of the Corporate Secretary, Foster Wheeler Ltd., Perryville Corporate Park, Clinton, New Jersey 08809-4000 no later than March 7, 2005.
A Notice of Meeting and Proxy Statement will be mailed to the company’s shareholders prior to the meeting.
