Supplementary prospectus dated 7 November 2014 to the combined class 1 circular and prospectus dated 6 October 2014 (the “Supplementary Prospectus”) prepared in connection with the acquisition of all of the issued and to be issued shares of Foster Wheeler AG by AMEC plc, which is being published as a result of Foster Wheeler AG publishing its unaudited interim financial information for the nine month period ended 30 September 2014 on 3 November 2014.
