Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 16, 2004, Foster Wheeler Ltd. conducted a conference call regarding its financial results for the Company’s Fourth Quarter of 2003, the script of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. This Exhibit 99.1 is not filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”) but is furnished pursuant to Regulation FD.
