On January 12, 2014, XenoPort, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, performance highlights for the Company’s HORIZANT® (gabapentin enacarbil) Extended-Release Tablets product during the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of such press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
