1. The sales reported on this Form 4 were made pursuant to a written trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on October 24, 2017, in accordance with Rule 10b5-1.

2. Represents a weighted average price. These shares were sold by the Reporting Person in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $139.92 to $140.59, inclusive.

3. Represents a weighted average price. These shares were sold by the Reporting Person in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $140.70 to $141.65, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in Footnotes (2) and (3).

4. These shares are owned by The Bush 2004 Gift Trust, the beneficiaries of which are certain of Mr. Bush's children. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.

5. These shares are owned by The Oscar W. Bush 2007 Gift Trust, the beneficiary of which is Mr. Bush's child. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
