Item 5. Other Events.
Filing of Certain Materials pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5) under the Securities Act of 1933, concurrently with, or subsequent to, the filings of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Registrant is filing a final prospectus supplement (the “Prospectus Supplement”) and a prospectus (the “Prospectus”) with the Commission relating to its issuance of Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3-A Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3-B Asset Backed Notes, Class A-4-A Asset Backed Notes and Class A-4-B Asset Backed Notes (the “Notes”) by Capital One Auto Finance Trust 2003-A.
In connection with the issuance of the Notes, the Registrant and Co-Registrant are filing herewith the consent of KPMG LLP to the use of their name and the incorporation by reference of their report in the Registration Statement of the Registrant and Co-Registrant (Registration Nos. 333-89452 and 333-89452-04) and in the Prospectus Supplement referred to above related to the issuance of the Notes. The consent of KPMG is attached hereto as Exhibit 23.1.
