The Issuer reports that, pursuant to its 2006 Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted to certain directors and employees incentive stock options to purchase 950,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Issuer. The options are exercisable on or before July 28, 2013 at a price of CAD 7.47 per share, representing the five-day volume weighted average price of the Issuer’s shares traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. | |
